  • 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

  3. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the potatoes with a spatula and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
