  • 4 medium potatoes, washed and diced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Fresh parsley leaves, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.

  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley leaves.

  6. Serve hot as a side dish to complement your meal.
