  • 4 large potatoes, washed and diced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the diced potatoes, melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until the potatoes are well coated.

  3. Spread the potato mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.

  6. Serve hot as a delicious side dish or snack.
