How To Make Butter Potatoes Recipe

- 4 large potatoes, washed and diced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the diced potatoes, melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until the potatoes are well coated.

Spread the potato mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
