- 2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp of butter
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

In a medium saucepan, combine the rice, water, butter, and a pinch of salt.

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and let the rice simmer for 15-20 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
