This salmon dish is a snap when prepared with ready pesto sauce and lime.

How To Make Salmon with Pesto Glaze

A quick and easy recipe for juicy salmon steaks with delectable pesto. Broiled to perfection until it flakes easily with a fork, all the while sitting atop a bed of pesto to keep in moist. Then finally plated with another dollop of pesto on top, simply divine.

  • 6 oz salmon steaks
  • ½ cup pesto sauce (BUITONI Refrigerated Family Size, devided)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to broil. Line a broiling pan with aluminum foil; set aside.
  2. Thinly spread one side of salmon with one-third of the pesto.
  3. Squeeze lime juice over salmon and lightly season with pepper to taste.
  4. Lay salmon on broiler pan pesto-side down.
  5. Broil for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Spread remaining pesto generously on salmon and serve immediately.
