  • salt and pepper
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • 1tbspdijon mustard
  • 1tbsphoney
  • 3clovesgarlic,minced
  • 1tbspparsley,finely chopped
  • 1tspfresh thyme,finely chopped


  1. Preheat the broiler and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the salmon skin side down and salt and pepper the top.

  2. In a small bowl mix the olive oil, Dijon Mustard, honey, garlic, parley and thyme. Spread evenly over the salmon.

  3. Broil on the center rack about 6 inches from the heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until desired doneness.
