  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3 lb chicken breast, frozen
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp powdered chipotle pepper

Instructions

  8. Then, pull out the baking dish and place the chicken breasts on top of the vegetables.

  9. Cover with tin foil and place back in the oven for 30 minutes until your chicken breasts are done.

  10. Take the baking dish out of the oven and remove the chicken breasts.

  11. Stick the baking dish back in the oven and let the vegetables broil for five minutes.

  12. Serve a filling and aromatic Roasted Potatoes, Carrots, and Chicken Breasts for lunch!
