How To Make Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the broiler and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, melted butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.

Place the tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet and spread the Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.

Broil the tilapia for 6-8 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Remove from the oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
