
How To Make Parmesan Broiled Tilapia
Our parmesan crusted broiled tilapia makes the best light weeknight meal! It’s made with a few ingredients, and takes only 10 minutes to make.

Ingredients
- 4tilapia fillets,defrosted if frozen
- ¼cupparmesan cheese,grated
- 2tbspbutter
- 1½tbspmayonnaise,or dressing
- 1tbsplemon juice,fresh
- 1tspdill,fresh
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Turn the broiler onto high, then adjust the oven rack to the top.

In a small bowl, combine the cheese, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Place the tilapia fillets on a foil lined pan.

Broil for 3 minutes.

Remove from the oven, flip over, then divide the parmesan mixture over the uncooked sides of the tilapia.

Return to the oven, then broil for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, making sure not to over cook the fish.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
