How To Make Parmesan Broiled Tilapia

Our parmesan crusted broiled tilapia makes the best light weeknight meal! It’s made with a few ingredients, and takes only 10 minutes to make.

Total: 10 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4tilapia fillets,defrosted if frozen
  • ¼cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • 2tbspbutter
  • tbspmayonnaise,or dressing
  • 1tbsplemon juice,fresh
  • 1tspdill,fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Turn the broiler onto high, then adjust the oven rack to the top.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the cheese, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  3. Place the tilapia fillets on a foil lined pan.

  4. Broil for 3 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven, flip over, then divide the parmesan mixture over the uncooked sides of the tilapia.

  6. Return to the oven, then broil for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, making sure not to over cook the fish.

  7. Serve warm, and enjoy!
