How To Make Vegan Keto Chai Tea Latte

Make your own chai tea latte at home with this simple recipe. This aromatic tea latte is vegan and good for a keto diet with low-carb ingredients used.

Ingredients

  • 2cupswater
  • 2black tea bags
  • 1tspground cinnamon,divided
  • ½tspvanilla extract
  • 2cardamom pods
  • pinchground allspice
  • pinchground ginger
  • pinchground nutmeg
  • pinchground cloves
  • pinchsalt
  • ½cupalmond milk
  • ½tsperythritol

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add tea bags, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, vanilla extract, cardamom, allspice, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.

  2. Simmer for 20 minutes. Discard tea bags and strain tea.

  3. Heat almond milk with erythritol in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix with tea and divide between 2 mugs. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon on top.
