How To Make Spiced Ginseng Iced Tea
Ginseng is known to be a powerful antioxidant that increases energy. This iced tea is infused with this superfood as well as cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves.

Ingredients
- 8cupscold water
- 8cardamom pods
- 6whole cloves
- 2cinnamon sticks
- 1star anise pod
- 8ginseng tea bags
- ¼cuphoney,(plus 1 tbsp)
- ice cubes
Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine the cold water with the cardamom pods, cloves, cinnamon sticks and star anise and bring to a boil.

Remove from the heat and add the tea bags.

Let steep for 5 minutes.

Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey until it is dissolved.

Strain the tea into a pitcher and let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 4 hours or until chilled.

Serve in tall glasses over ice.
