How To Make Strawberry-Mint Iced Tea

Cool, refreshing, and packed with tart and fruity flavors from strawberries, this mint iced tea is an immediate go-to to stay cold for the summer!

Preparation: 5 minutes
Steep Time: 3 minutes
Total: 8 minutes



  • cupsfresh strawberries,(1 pint)
  • 8fresh mint leaves
  • ½cupfruit juice sweetener
  • 4Celestial Seasonings Red Zinger tea bags


  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add 1½ cups of strawberries and mint.

  2. Simmer for approximately 6 minutes or until the water becomes light red in color. Add fruit juice sweetener and tea bags.

  3. Simmer 1 minute.

  4. Remove saucepan from heat and allow tea bags to steep 3 to 4 minutes.

  5. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve and mash strawberries to extract more juice.

  6. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate until serving.

  7. Pour over ice, Garnish with remaining sliced strawberries, and serve. Enjoy!
