Ingredients

  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger root, peeled and minced
  • 1 tsp of ground turmeric
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp of honey

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring water to a boil

  2. Add ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon stick

  3. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes

  4. Remove from heat and let steep for 5 minutes

  5. Strain tea into a mug

  6. Add honey to sweeten
