Rooibos is a South African plant that is usually harvested for tea. In this latte recipe, instead of black tea, we are using Rooibos for an earthier and stronger flavor.

- ¾cupwater
- 2pcsrooibos tea bags
- ½tspvanilla extract
- 2tbsphoney
- ½cupice
- ¾cupmilk
Instructions

Heat water until it comes to a simmer. Add tea bags and steep for 2 to 3 minutes.Â

Remove and discard the tea bags.

Add in the vanilla and honey, and stir until the honey is completely dissolved.Â

Add in the ice, followed by the milk, and stir until combined.

Serve immediately.
