  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)


  1. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.

  2. Add the peach slices and simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and add the black tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes.

  4. Remove the tea bags and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.

  5. Use a blender or immersion blender to puree the peach mixture until smooth.

  6. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve, discarding any solids.

  7. Stir in honey or sugar, if desired, until dissolved.

  8. Pour the peach tea over ice cubes in glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.

  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
