Fruity Iced Tea Recipe

Cloves, cinnamon sticks and fruit nectar make this is a refreshing summer beverage without all the calories.

How To Make Fruity Iced Tea

  • 6 bags black tea
  • 4 cup apricot, or peach nectar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 6 cup water
  • 1 tsp. whole cloves
  • sugar , to taste (optional), or honey


  1. In large saucepan, simmer water, cinnamon stick and cloves 15 minutes, covered. Turn off heat.
  2. Add tea bags.
  3. Steep 2-5 minutes, depending on the strength you prefer.
  4. Remove tea bags.
  5. Add apricot nectar.
  6. Add sugar or honey, if desired.
  7. Strain to remove spices.
  8. Refrigerate until cold.
