  • 2cupseggnog,light
  • 2ozdark espresso,pod, fresh or instant
  • 2ozIrish cream liquor
  • nutmeg,ground, to garnish
  • cinnamon,ground, or stick, to garnish


  1. Prepare the espresso and pour evenly between 2 mugs.

  2. Combine the eggnog and Irish cream in a large microwave-safe measuring cup.

  3. Heat for 1 minute, then add an additional 30-second interval just until the milk starts to boil.

  4. Using a frother or a whisk, froth the hot milk mixture.

  5. Pour over hot espresso, and garnish with nutmeg or cinnamon to taste.
