How To Make Jamaica Coffee

  • 4 cups of brewed coffee
  • 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of Jamaican rum
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)


  1. Brew 4 cups of coffee and pour it into a pot.

  2. Add brown sugar and Jamaican rum to the pot.

  3. Heat the coffee mixture over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.

  5. Add the ground cinnamon to the simmering coffee mixture and stir well.

  6. Remove the pot from heat and pour the coffee into mugs or cups.

  7. Top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream (optional) and sprinkle with chocolate shavings (optional).

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
