Treat yourself with a creamy, Starbucks-inspired caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, made with brewed coffee, milk, & whipped cream.

  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup brewed coffee, or 1 to 2 espresso shots
  • 1 cup milk, of choice
  • 1 tbsp granulated sweetener, of choice
  • 3 tbsp caramel sauce, sugar-free, divided
  • ¼ cup whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp candy, keto, crushed, optional


  1. In a high-speed blender, add the ice, coffee, milk, sweetener, and 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce. Blend until completely combined.

  2. Transfer into 2 glasses and top with whipped cream, drizzle with the remaining caramel sauce, and sprinkle the crushed up candy pieces.

  3. Serve and enjoy.
