How To Make Instant Coffee Muffins

These muffins with a hint of coffee are perfect for a morning pick-me-up!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of instant coffee
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and instant coffee.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, vegetable oil, and eggs.

  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

  5. Pour batter into a muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
