- 1cupmilk
- ⅓cuplight cream,such as half and half
- 1½tspsugar
- 3tbsppumpkin puree
- ½tsppumpkin pie spice
- 1cupstrong coffee,brewed, or 4 oz espresso
- 2ozbaileys,or hazelnut liquor, optional
- whipped cream,for topping
- caramel sauce,for topping
Instructions

Combine the milk, cream, sugar, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice over medium heat until hot but not boiling.

Remove from the heat, then add coffee.

Divide the mixture between 2 mugs, then add the baileys.
