How To Make Mocha

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 shots of espresso
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder and sugar until well combined.

  3. Add the cocoa mixture to the hot milk and whisk until smooth and well blended.

  4. Add the espresso shots to the milk mixture and stir well.

  5. Pour the mocha into serving cups and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
