
How To Make Cafe de Olla (Mexican Coffee)
This cafe de olla will surely give you an energy boost. It's made with cinnamon for a Mexican spiced coffee.

Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 3 oz piloncillo, panela or â…“ cup dark brown sugar
- ½ Mexican cinnamon stick
- 4 tbsp ground coffee
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, place the water, cinnamon, and Piloncillo. Turn the heat and simmer for about 7 minutes until the piloncillo is dissolved.
- When the water starts boiling, add the coffee, turn the heat off and stir.

Cover the pot and let steep for 5 minutes. Pour through a strainer to serve. Enjoy!
