How To Make Veggie Ramen

Craving for ramen but don’t want the calories from the meat? Luckily, this ramen recipe is all vegetables. Try this easy veggie ramen at home.

  • 4packagesramen
  • 2cupsbell peppers
  • 2cupsmushroomssliced
  • 1cupgreen onionschopped
  • 4pcseggs

Teriyaki sauce

  • garlic
  • ¼tspsalt
  • ¼tsppepper


  1. Soft-boil four eggs and place in an ice bath until ready to use.

  2. In a separate pan, sauté bell peppers on medium heat in olive oil and season with garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Set aside.

  3. Next, sauté mushrooms on medium heat in olive oil for 5 minutes, or until soft. Season the same and set aside.

  4. Boil 4 packages of ramen in water and drain. Top with teriyaki sauce and mix.

  5. Separate noodles into 4 bowls and top with reserved bell peppers, mushrooms, halved, soft-boiled eggs and green onions.

  6. Serve warm.

  7. Enjoy!
