How To Make Hibachi Noodles

Make your own hibachi noodles at home with this quick and easy recipe that has soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and teriyaki sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb linguine, or noodles/pasta of choice, cooked al dente
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter over medium high heat in a wok or skillet.
  2. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Toss in noodles/pasta and stir to mix.

  3. Add sugar, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil.
  5. Dish and serve hot sprinkled with sesame seeds.
