How To Make Noodle Kugel
Noodle kugel is a Jewish baked dish made with egg noodles, cinnamon, and raisins. This sweet version adds apples, then tops it with bread crumbs.

Ingredients
- water
- ½tspsalt
- 4ozegg noodles
- 1apple
- 2eggs
- ¼cupraisins
- 1cupsugar
- ¾tspcinnamon
- 2tbspbutter
- cooking spray
- 2tbspbread crumbs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Fill the pot halfway with the water. Add the salt, and bring to a boil on high heat.

Cook the noodles in boiling water on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, then turn off the stovetop when they are done.

While the noodles are cooking, crack the eggs into the mixing bowl and discard the shells.

Then add the apple, raisins, sugar, and cinnamon. Use the spoon to combine the ingredients.

Use potholders to pour the pot of noodles into the colander to drain. Then return the drained noodles to the pot.

Now quickly add the butter to the warm noodles, and stir with the wooden spoon until the butter melts.

Add the apple mixture to the noodles and combine. Transfer the noodle-apple concoction to the baking dish, and sprinkle the bread crumbs on top.
