Ingredients

  • 4 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of chili flakes
  • 1 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of bean sprouts

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes.

  2. In a separate pot, boil the eggs for 7 minutes. Once done, remove the shells and cut them in half.

  3. Drain the noodles and set them aside. In the same pot, add the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and chili flakes. Mix well.

  4. Add the cooked noodles back into the pot and toss them in the sauce.

  5. Add the green onions, mushrooms, and bean sprouts. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  6. Serve the ramen in bowls and top with the boiled eggs.
