How To Make Thai Peanut Sesame Noodles

Bring together the classic combination of peanut butter, ginger, and chili sauce to make these sweet and savory Thai sesame noodles.

  • 3tbsppeanut butter
  • 3tbspsoy sauce
  • 1tspsesame oil
  • ½cupchicken broth
  • 1tspgarlic,minced
  • 1tspginger
  • 1tspsriracha chili sauce
  • 8ozlinguine noodles
  • sesame seeds,for garnish
  • green onions,for garnish


  1. Cook the noodles in a large pot according to package directions.

  2. In a medium sauce pan whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, minced garlic, ginger, and sriracha chili sauce. Cook over medium heat until smooth.

  3. Remove from the heat and set aside.

  4. Drain the noodles and toss in the peanut sesame sauce.

  5. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
