How To Make Peanut Butter Noodles

Ingredients
- 8 oz of noodles
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and honey.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the peanut butter sauce to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Serve the peanut butter noodles topped with sliced green onions and chopped peanuts.
