How To Make Parmesan Chicken and Noodles

Parmesan chicken in a delicious noodle casserole- this hearty dish is loaded with sour cream, carrots, and broccoli and topped with a buttery cracker crust.

  • 8ozegg noodles,extra wide
  • 2lbsrotisserie chicken
  • 1cupfrozen peas
  • 2tspgarlic,minced
  • cupswhipping cream
  • ¾cupspanko bread crumbs
  • ¾cupparmesan cheese,shredded
  • 2tbspbutter,melted


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. In a pot boil 6 cups of water. Add noodles and cook for about 10 minutes until tender.

  3. While noodles are cooking, remove chicken from bone and shred.

  4. In a saucepan combine chicken, peas, garlic, and creme and cook until all warm.

  5. Mix panko, ¼ cup of the Parmesan cheese and melted butter in a small bowl. Set aside,

  6. Stir noodles and remaining Parmesan cheese into hot chicken mixture. Heat and stir until bubbly.

  7. Pour into a dish and top with panko mixture. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
