How To Make Healthy Zucchini Noodles
Indulge in these Healthy Zucchini Noodles made with fresh basil, fragrant garlic clove, seasoned with salt and pepper. The sauteed zucchini is tender to bite and this simple dish is the perfect dose of a nutritious meal!
- 1 lb angel hair pasta
- 1 lb zucchini, sliced
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 basil leaves
- salt and pepper
Bring a large pot to boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Thinly slice the zucchini by hand while waiting for the pasta to fully cook.
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Saute the zucchini for 10 minutes.
Toss the cooked pasta into the pan together with the basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
