  • 4 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp of miso paste
  • 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 soft-boiled eggs
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of baby spinach


  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and miso paste. Stir until dissolved.

  3. Add the cooked chicken, mushrooms, and baby spinach to the broth. Simmer for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked.

  4. Divide the cooked ramen noodles among 4 bowls. Ladle the hot broth and vegetables over the noodles.

  5. Top each bowl with a soft-boiled egg and garnish with chopped green onions.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
