How To Make Fancy Ramen Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of miso paste
- 1 cup of cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 soft-boiled eggs
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of baby spinach
Instructions

Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and miso paste. Stir until dissolved.

Add the cooked chicken, mushrooms, and baby spinach to the broth. Simmer for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked.

Divide the cooked ramen noodles among 4 bowls. Ladle the hot broth and vegetables over the noodles.

Top each bowl with a soft-boiled egg and garnish with chopped green onions.
