How To Make Creamy Zucchini Noodles

These zucchini noodles make for a creamy and flavorful lunch that will not overload you with carbs. They’re quick to make and packed with cheesy flavors.

  • 1large zucchini
  • ½tbspolive oil
  • 2tbspspreadable cream cheese,plain or herb & garlic flavor
  • tspgarlic powder
  • salt & pepper,to taste
  • 1tbspparmesan cheese,grated

For Garnish (optional):

  • parsley
  • parmesan cheese


  1. Cut the ends of the zucchini and spiralize using the medium noodle blade (not the smallest noodle).

  2. Preheat olive oil over medium high heat. Add zucchini noodles and garlic powder (no salt). Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring tongs until slightly softened/wilted.

  3. Move noodles to one side and add cream cheese, stirring until melted.  Toss with zoodles and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Stir in grated parmesan cheese. Garnish and serve.
