For Vegetable Lo Mein:
- 8ozlo mein noodles,or spaghetti, uncooked
- 1tbspoil
- 1red bell pepper,julienned
- 1carrot,julienned
- ½cupsnow peas
- 3clovesgarlic,minced
- sesame seeds,for garnish, if desired
For Sauce:
- 3tbsplow sodium soy sauce
- 1tspsesame oil
- 1tspbrown sugar
- 1tbspmirin
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package instructions.

Heat oil in a large skillet.

Add in red bell pepper, snap peas and carrots. Sauté until tender.

Add in garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Stir in the sauce and cooked noodles and toss to combine.

Serve immediately with sesame seeds for garnish, if desired.
