How To Make Red and White Fudge
This red and white fudge makes elegant and decadent treats! Melted white chocolate chips, cranberries, and vanilla frosting are combined for chilled sweets.

Ingredients
- 2cupswhite chocolate chips
- ½cupconfectioners’ sugar
- 3ozcream cheese,(1 package)
- 16ozvanilla frosting,(1 package)
- ¾cupwalnuts,chopped
- ⅔cupsweetened dried cranberries
- 1tsporange zest
Instructions

Line a 9×9-inch pan with aluminum foil and spray lightly with non-stick coating. Melt chips in the microwave, stir until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, combine confectioners’ sugar, cream cheese, and frosting; blend well. Stir in melted chips, walnuts, cranberries, and orange peel. Stir well and spread the mixture into the prepared pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.

Once firm, cut into 1-inch squares before serving.
