How To Make Fudge Dipped Strawberries

Prep: 5 mins
Rest: 1 hr
Cook: 10 mins
Total: 1 hr 15 mins

  • lb strawberries, fresh
  • 16 oz dark chocolate bars, shaved
  • 10 oz white chocolate bars, shaved
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Using a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl. Stir frequently until the chocolate fudge dip is smooth. Pour into a short glass container or any similar canisters.

  3. Repeat the same process for the white chocolate, but after it's melted, pour it into a piping bag and set it aside in a warm area.

  4. Hold the strawberry by the leaves and dip into your dark chocolate fudge until it's ¾’s covered.

  5. Place these onto your lined baking sheet. Repeat until you’ve dipped all your strawberries this way.

  6. Allow to harden at room temperature for at least an hour, then drizzle with the white chocolate.

  7. Allow to harden once more at room temperature, then serve once the chocolate coatings firm up.
