  • 1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang.

  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.

  4. Gradually whisk in the powdered sugar until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.

  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

  7. Lift the fudge out of the dish using the overhang and cut into small squares.
