White Chocolate Cookie Dough Fudge Recipe

How To Make White Chocolate Cookie Dough Fudge

This fudge recipe combines two favorite sweet treats in one delicious dessert. White chocolate fudge is mixed with eggless cookie dough in this easy recipe.

Total: 4 hours 13 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • ¼cupbutter,softened
  • ¾cupbrown sugar
  • ¼cupmilk
  • ¼tspvanilla extract
  • cupflour
  • ½cupmini chocolate chips

For White Chocolate Fudge:

  • 1cupsugar
  • ½cupheavy cream
  • ½tspsalt
  • ½cupbutter
  • cupwhite chocolate chips
  • 7ozmarshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and brown sugar in a bowl, until smooth.

  2. Add milk and vanilla and mix until well combined.

  3. Add flour and mini chocolate chips. Mix well.

  4. Spread mixture on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

  5. After cookie dough has refrigerated, start fudge by lining a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.

  6. Put the white chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff in a big bowl. Set aside.

  7. In a pan melt the sugar, heavy cream, salt and butter on medium heat until it starts to boil. Cook for 5 minutes.

  8. While fudge is cooking take dough out and cut into ½x½-inch squares. Set aside.

  9. Pour the hot stuff into the bowl of chocolate chips and mix with the blender until it’s smooth and soft.

  10. Fold cookie dough cubes into the fudge. Pour into the 9×9-inch pan.

  11. Sprinkle any cookie dough chunks on top. Put in the fridge for 3 to 5 hours to let it set.
