Peanut butter lovers are sure to love this creamy peanut butter fudge, topped with crunchy dry-roasted peanuts for a satisfying dessert!

  • 6ozBaker’s White Chocolate
  • ½cupPLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
  • cupwater
  • 3⅖ozJELL-O Butterscotch Instant Pudding,(1 package)
  • 3cupspowdered sugar
  • 6tbspPLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts,chopped


  1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave the the white chocolate, peanut butter, and water in a large microwaveable bowl on High for 2 minutes.

  2. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is well blended.

  3. Add the dry pudding mix and stir with a whisk for 2 minutes. Gradually stir in the sugar, then press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan. Top with nuts, then press gently into the fudge to secure.

  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to lift fudge from the pan before cutting into pieces.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
