Candy Cane White Fudge Recipe

This white fudge recipe is perfect for the holidays! It’s also a great way to use up all those leftover candy canes you have lying around.

How To Make Candy Cane White Fudge

  • 12 oz white chocolate (coarsely chopped)
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup peppermint candies (coarsely chopped )
  1. Butter an 8-inch square baking pan. Line the bottom and sides with foil, allowing the foil to extend over the sides by about 1 inch. Butter the foil as well.

  2. In the top bowl of a double-boiler, combine white chocolate and condensed milk over medium-high heat. Stir frequently until melted and smooth, for 5 minutes.

  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan and sprinkle candy over top.

  4. Using a knife, lightly swirl the candy into the chocolate mixture. Refrigerate until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.

  5. Cut into 1-inch squares, diamond shapes or rectangles. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
