  • ½cupunsalted butter
  • 2cupsbrown sugar,packed
  • ½cupwhole milk
  • 1cuppeanut butter
  • 2tspvanilla extract
  • 3cupspowdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Wipe down a piece of foil with the wrapper of the stick of butter, then line an 8×8-inch pan with it.

  2. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat, then whisk in the brown sugar and milk and bring to a boil for 2 minutes whisking constantly.

  3. Turn off the heat, whisk in the peanut butter and vanilla, then move the mixture to your stand mixer and beat in the powdered sugar before pressing it into the greased aluminum lined pan and refrigerate until set, about 3 to 4 hours.
