Ingredients

  • 1 cup of clotted cream
  • 2 cups of white sugar
  • 1/4 cup of golden syrup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Grease the slow cooker with butter.

  2. Place the clotted cream, white sugar, golden syrup, and vanilla extract in the slow cooker.

  3. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved.

  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours or until the mixture reaches 235°F on a candy thermometer.

  5. Remove the lid and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.

  6. Beat the fudge mixture vigorously for 5-10 minutes until it thickens slightly and loses its gloss.

  7. Pour the fudge mixture into a greased baking dish and let it cool completely.

  8. Cut the fudge into squares and serve.
