How To Make Quick and Easy Fudge
A quick and simple recipe for wonderful fudge that surely be a welcome sight at the end of the day!
Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- ⅓ cup unsweetened chocolate
- 2 ⅓ cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except vanilla into a saucepan.
- Stir until chocolate is melted and sugar is dissolved.
- Boil, without stirring, until mixture forms a soft ball when dropped into cold water.
- Cool and beat until creamy.
- Add vanilla and pour into greased pan.
- Cut into squares while fudge cools.
