Oreo Mint Fudge Recipe

How To Make Oreo Mint Fudge

Bask in this mint chocolate goodness with the additional crunch from Oreo cookies. Try this easy Oreo mint fudge at home and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

  • 1jarvanilla frosting
  • 12ozwhite chocolate candy,melts
  • green gel coloring
  • 1tspPeppermint Extract
  • Sprinkles,optional
  • 20Oreo Cookies


  1. Line an 8×8 pan with foil. Place Oreos in the freezer for about 5 minutes and then coarsely chop.

  2. Microwave the frosting on 50% power until slightly runny for about 30 to 40 seconds.

  3. Stir in peppermint extract and gel coloring. You want to make the frosting a little darker than you want the fudge as the chocolate melts will lighten it.

  4. Microwave the candy melts on 50% power stirring every 30 seconds until almost completely melted.

  5. Gently stir the melts and the frosting together. Fold in ½ of the chopped Oreo cookies and spread into prepared pan.

  6. Immediately top with remaining Oreos and gently press to adhere. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and cut into squares or with cookie cutters.

  7. In this size pan, the fudge pieces are about 5/8-inch thick. F a thicker fudge, double the recipe.
