Ingredients

  • 1cuppeanut butter
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • 1cupunsalted butter
  • ¼tspsalt
  • cupspowdered sugar,sifted
  • cupchocolate chips,melted, optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8-inch square baking dish by lining it with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Over medium heat, in a saucepan, combine the peanut butter, vanilla, butter, and salt. Cook until it is smooth, stirring frequently.

  3. Remove from heat and with a spatula, stir in the powdered sugar.

  4. Spread the fudge evenly on the baking sheet and top with desired toppings. Drizzle with melted chocolate.

  5. Refrigerate the fudge until it sets.
