How To Make 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge
This is the easiest peanut butter fudge you’ll ever make! It’s decadently rich, made with simple ingredients, and takes no time to make.
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with plastic wrap long enough to overhang the dish by several inches on each side.
Place the broken coating into a large glass microwave-safe bowl, then melt on low power in a microwave oven for 5 minutes, stirring after every 30 seconds to 1 minute.
When the coating is smooth and creamy, stir the peanut butter into the coating until the fudge is thoroughly combined. Spread fudge into the prepared baking dish.
Refrigerate the fudge until set for 1 to 2 hours.
Lift fudge out of the pan using the plastic wrap for handles, then slice them into squares with a pizza cutter.
Serve, and enjoy!
