  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll out the refrigerated pie crust and press it into a greased 9-inch pie dish.

  3. In a skillet, sauté the onions, garlic, mushrooms, and spinach in olive oil until the vegetables are softened.

  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  5. Stir in the sautéed vegetables and shredded cheddar cheese.

  6. Pour the filling mixture into the pie crust.

  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.

  8. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before serving.
