Ready in just 10 minutes, this simple and easy quiche recipe delights cheese lovers with a flavor-loaded snack. The breadcrumb crust is filled with a slightly spicy mozzarella filling and tossed in the microwave.
Ingredients
For Quiche:
- ā cup mozzarella cheese, shredded, avoid using pre-bought shredded mozzarella for this, due to its innate cornstarch content
- 1 tbsp green onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ā cup milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp hot sauce
For Crust:
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp shortening
Instructions
Crust:
