How To Make Potato-Crusted Quiche With Bacon

Indulge yourself with a delicious French dish. This quiche recipe has potato crust and cheesy filling with turkey bacon bits baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 5smallrusset potatoes
  • 4piecesturkey baconcooked
  • 1/2cupcheddar cheeseshredded
  • 1cup2% Milk
  • 5pcseggs
  • salt and pepperto taste
  • 1/4cupParmesan cheesegrated

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix potato slices with oil, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Layer in a pie pan and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.

  2. Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Take out partially cooked potato mixture and pour liquid mixture onto the potatoes. Put the pan back in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for an additional 20 minutes until the egg has set.

  4. Let cool and slice into 8 pie slices. Serve alongside fresh fruit.

  5. Enjoy!
