How To Make Spinach Quiche

Have this spinach quiche ready in just 15 minutes made with fresh spinach, milk, and cheese baked into a golden brown pie for a satisfying dish.

  • ½cupmayonnaise
  • ½cupmilk
  • 4eggs
  • 8ozJack cheese,shredded
  • 4cupsfresh spinach
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspwhite pepper
  • 1pie shell,frozen, unbaked


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Add all the ingredients except for the pie shell in a large bowl and whisk it together well.

  3. Pour the ingredients into the deep dish pie crust.

  4. Top with foil and bake for 50 minutes then remove foil, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
