How To Make Spinach Quiche

- ½cupmayonnaise
- ½cupmilk
- 4eggs
- 8ozJack cheese,shredded
- 4cupsfresh spinach
- ½tspkosher salt
- ¼tspwhite pepper
- 1pie shell,frozen, unbaked
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Add all the ingredients except for the pie shell in a large bowl and whisk it together well.

Top with foil and bake for 50 minutes then remove foil, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
